Our Story
Launching Hamly Business Solutions (HBS) in Tier-2 city of Tanjore, marked the beginning of a vision to bridge global healthcare innovation with regional talent. Yet, as our horizons expanded, it became resoundingly clear that the challenges we aspired to address were not confined to healthcare IT alone. The intersections of infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, global trade, and technology revealed an intricate ecosystem craving disruption and development of Tanjore.
What started as a small-scale business venture, has since matured into Hamly group—a diversified enterprise employing 800+ professionals across multiple industries. This growth is emblematic of the Tanjore city’s own evolution from its agricultural roots into a burgeoning business hub poised to emulate the innovation and vibrancy of Silicon Valley.
It’s our people who make us who we are. Every person who’s joined us, believed in our vision, and stuck through challenges has become a part of Hamly family, a name that stands for "Hamsavardhan’s Family." This ethos is the connective tissue binding our diverse enterprises.

Our founder and CEO, Mr. Hamsavardhan Mohan believes that every job created is a step toward transforming a life, supporting a family, and building a stronger society. Guided by this vision, we aim to create between 5,000 and 10,000 new jobs over the next decade.
Milestones
Founder Mr. Hamsavardhan Mohan launched Baruch Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (BBS) in a small 10x10 workspace in Tanjore with just 1 employee.
The seed planted grows steadily to 10 employees.
BBS family bonds strengthened as the team expanded to 25+.
Built a stable foundation with 50+ dedicated employees fueling steady growth.
Our first foray into multiple industries. Co-founded Thanjavur Exports Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL), stepping into medical apparel exports.
A new city with promise and unbounded growth. Expanded horizons with a new office in Coimbatore.
Crossed borders with a partnered office in the USA, Fraction Billing Services (FBS), and opened a new branch back in Tanjore.
Continued growth with co-founding Astrowin Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company in Chennai.
A year of notable achievements: Honored 11 dedicated employees with cars through our Employee Recognition programme, rebranded BBS as Hamly Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (HBS), opened a new branch at Tidel Neo, and expanded across industries with BBS Infraspace.
Entered the tech world with Hamly Globaltech, launching the Orta project management app.
Group Leadership
Mr. Hamsavardhan Mohan is the founder and CEO of Hamly Group, the visionary leadership in cultivating an empire rooted in uplifting his community in Tanjore.
Born into a middle-class family in Tamilnadu, he started his professional journey as a healthcare RCM consultant. With his 8+ years of experience, he started Baruch Business Solutions India Pvt Ltd (rebranded as Hamly Business Solutions) in Tanjore, a Tier-2 city often overlooked in the global enterprise narratives. While his vision was undeniably ambitious, he laid the foundation anchored in the ethos of community empowerment.
As a first-generation entrepreneur, his mission was clear and astound: harnessing the latent potential of Tanjore, in various platforms that contributes to economic progress of the city.
What began as a healthcare-focused initiative has since evolved into a diversified conglomerate. Mr. Hamsa’s strategic expansion includes Hamly Exports Private Limited (Exports), Hamly Globaltech (IT), BBS Infraspace (infrastructure), and Astrowin (pharmaceuticals)—exemplifies strategic leadership calibrated to the unique demands of each domain while nurturing a shared vision.
